Linda Weimar

Over the past several years, Linda Weimar has been and continues to be committed to providing successful and compassionate representation to her clients. When individuals have suffered injury due to the wrongful acts of another, are going through a divorce, or are facing other legal issues, it is important to hire a lawyer who they feel comfortable with and who has the experience and aggressiveness to advocate for their rights both in the courtroom and outside the courtroom.

Linda was born in Oregon and she and her husband and daughter have lived in the Portland / Beaverton area for the past 25 years. She has close ties with and a love of the Bend area, where her parents and a sister have lived for more than 20 years. The Weimar clan has resided in the Oregon and Idaho area for generations.

Linda graduated from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College in 1997 in the top third of her class while attending law school at night, working nearly full-time during the day, and raising a toddler.

Over the years since law school, Linda has represented hundreds of individuals who have suffered injuries and trauma from auto accidents, animal attacks, unsafe premises, medical negligence and other wrongful acts.

Linda is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Washington. She is a member of several local, state and national bar associations, including a President's Circle member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
